Larissa
My formal education includes a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University and life coach training from the highly respected Martha Beck life coaching program. I have over 30 years of experience working in a therapeutic setting. In the past 15 years I’ve expanded my experience by working as a Therapeutic Life Coach with individuals, couples and groups in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-discovery, personal transformation, parenting and spiritual awakening. I am deeply committed to the evolution of coaching as the new therapy. I remain actively engaged in expanding my expertise through continuing education in trauma, Internal Family Systems, and other modalities.
My approach is marked by a unique blend of individualized and creative care. Recognizing that each person's journey is distinct, I tailor coaching to meet the unique needs of each client. With an unwavering commitment to a holistic and personalized approach, I guide clients through their transformative process. My authentic curiosity and passion for understanding human beings drives my work.
I have a life-long thirst for figuring out how to navigate life. Being a human being as well as observing others has fascinated me since I was a child. Life has summoned from me endless questions and it has also delivered constant evolving answers. I have always felt the yearning to heed the call of my inner world and bridging it outward by helping others. I love every minute of connecting with my clients. I consider myself more of a teacher and a coach than a traditional therapist. Being a coach does not mean I don’t have pain or suffering or deep wounding, quite the contrary; it means I’ve been brave enough to dedicate my life to my own healing and expansion and now I can guide others to do the same. If you are looking for deep genuine support on your journey to healing and personal evolution; I AM here. Allow me to shine a light on your path.
